Should you focus on mission or money?

The real answer is both.

Leaders shouldn’t feel the need to choose between one or the other.

If you focus on your mission — why you and your company exists — the money will follow.

It doesn't mean it'll follow by itself.

You have to have intentional systems, plans, and goals.

If you only focus on the money, your business isn't going to succeed.

Think about it.

Mission, then money.

Get your shift together.
