The Three P Framework
If you want better outcomes,
You need a system.
Try The Three P Framework
The first is to explore and define your organizational purpose. That's the purpose that will align your team around what matters.
The second is people. How does purpose impact your customers, your employees, and your investors?
How can you take that purpose and make sure employees are aligned around it, the customers are excited by it, and your investors understand that it’s important to the success of your business?
The third is purpose. No purpose has meaning unless you integrate it into a process.
When you have a process to make sure that your technical behaviors and activities are informed by your organizational purpose, you will make sure you don't miss anything and your work will have more meaning.
I have used this process for years and it works every time.
So remember, if you want to create incredible outcomes for your customers, your employees, and your investors, remember the three Ps.
Don't just do stuff. Do stuff with purpose.
