Share Your Purpose Early

I still get pushback on this one.

And I honestly don’t know why.

If you’re a service leader, I beg you to share what’s important to you, right from the very first interaction you have with a potential employee, a new vendor, or even your customers and investors.

Sharing your purpose is one of the most effective ways to filter out people who don’t want to follow, and the most powerful way to attract like-minded people who share your beliefs.

Without sharing your values from the start, you force people to guess, which creates anxiety and works against alignment.

Why would you do that to yourself?

Get comfortable sharing your purpose, and I’m confident the results will make you wonder why you didn’t start sooner.
