I got a comment about yesterday's newsletter asking how we can let our customers know we love them. I kept thinking about my former colleague, Todd Mott. Whenever someone walked into Blue Smoke, he would always say, "It's so great to have you here.”

Our regular guests loved him so much because he was unabashed in his enthusiasm for welcoming our guests.

If you want your customers to know you love them, just tell them.

Be like Todd.
